Wrabness Community Shop
A shop that was saved from closure after residents took it over is set to re-open with a host of new facilities. The Wrabness Community shop will open its doors on Saturday, April 9, after 33 villagers agreed to run it on a voluntary basis. As well has a refurbished interior the store will feature a fresh layout, more locally sourced products, dry cleaning, photocopying and fax facilities. Beach hut owners can also order over the phone, rent freezer space and arrange for their mail to be sent to the shop for collection. It will also double as a tourist information centre.The store will open for the first time at 9 am with a formal opening and welcome speech delivered at 11 am.
