The shop provides a wide range of organic groceries including cereals, flours, pulses, oils, jams, etc.
Organic Vegetables -- are delivered twice a week and we sell local produce whenever available.
Cheeses, yoghurts and milk (cow, sheep, goat and non-dairy) -- There is a wide range of cheeses, many of them organically produced and several local cheeses, which have won prestigious awards.
Rachel's Organic milk and yoghurt is sold.
Bread -- Our daily bread - organic and non-organic - is supplied by a local baker plus a weekly delivery of specialist breads from the well-known Village Bakery in Cumbria. The Cyrnel Bakery in Forest Row delivers a selection of bread, pastries and croissants on Fridays. Judges Bakery from Hastings deliver special bread, croissants, teacakes and chocolate brownies on Saturdays
Cakes & Savouries -- Our delicious vegetarian savouries and cakes are home-made and are also offered in our café.
Organic wines, ciders, beers and juices. Our select range includes many wines suitable for vegans. We choose our suppliers for the quality of their products as well as their ethical trading standards and we aim to only order products that are guaranteed GMO free. We stock local Oakwood Farm apple and pear juice as well as a wide range of other organic juices.
Tea and Coffee -- We stock a wide range of fair-traded coffees and teas, including leaf tea, herbal tea and green tea.
Special Diets. -- We are able to cater for special diets, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free diets.
Baby Products & Healthy Snacks for Children. -- We stock Moltex gel-free nappies and a range of organic baby food. We also have a wide range of Frutina Fruit Snacks for children's lunches.
Remedies -- We stock Viridian vitamins and minerals, some Weleda homeopathic remedies and herbal remedies, many of which are made in a local pharmacy. We also stock healing herbs Flower Remedies and Meadows Essential Oils and Aqua Oleum Essential Oils.
Toiletries -- We stock environmentally friendly toiletries and hair products such as Faith in Nature and Weleda. We also stock the organic Green People range.
Household Cleaning Products -- We have a comprehensive range of Ecover and Bio-d products which are easy on the environment. We also stock Clear Spring, Ecoline, E cleaning cloths and Eco wash balls for washing machines.
Chocolate & local honey -- We stock Divine, Chocolate Alchemist, Montezuma, Booja-Booja and Green & Black's chocolates. We have three suppliers of local honey.
Takeaway Food -- Fresh soups and salads are made daily in our kitchen and can be bought as takeaways from the shop.
