Rowde Community Shop
We are a small community shop and provide groceries, chilled food and frozen food as well as gifts, cards, hot and cold drinks. We have a postpoint facility enabling letters and parcels to be sent UK and abroad including recorded and special delivery. We also have paypoint where you can topup mobiles, gas and electricity keys and pay bills with the paypoint logo on the reverse. We use local suppliers where possible our sandwiches and baguettes are made by a villager and people come just to buy these as they are far superiour to the supermarkets and a very resonable cost. Other villagers provide us with local made gifts, cards, postcards and photographs of the local area. We are a 20 minute stroll from the bridge at the bottom of Caen Hill locks following a footpath all the way with fantastic views of Rowdway Hill.
