Horsley Community Shop
Horsley Community Shop celebrated its official opening at the old post-office at The Street on May 4th 2009.
Then in September 2010 we moved a short distance to its current temporary location in part of the Pavilion, a sports facility close to the Village Hall and Playing Fields. Whilst this has better facilities and has provided the oportunity to expand the shop including linited cafe facilities we are looking to move into more purpose-built accomodation as soon as the opportunity arises.
The shop provides everyday groceries, including fresh fruit and vegetables, newspapers, sweets, milk and dairy, chilled meats and frozen foods, as well as expanding their existing range of local, organic and fairtrade goods.
The range of local foods include Yeo Valley & Hobbs Bakery products, Horsley Sausages and Duchy Home Farm vegetables from Tetbury are all available at the shop.
