Church provides home for village post office
In 2003 when the village post office in Hemingford Grey closed, the church stepped in to make it a community post office with the help of local grants .  The post office is underwritten by the parish council which provides the accommodation for free in the Parish Centre.  It is run as a non profit organisation with volunteers.
