We are looking to recruit a new Shop Manager at Wootton Stores.
We are an award winning Community Shop that has been in operation for 5 years. Our current manager is retiring in September 2012 and so we are looking for a person to take on the full-time role (though we may consider a job share arrangement).
The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Stores as well as many of the back-office and admin related tasks. A team of approx 40 volunteers keep the Stores open 7 days a week so the manager needs to be able to work effectively with this team and manage them appropriately.
Key attributes we are looking for include solid retail experience, comfortable with using an EPOS system, financially savvy, flexible, able to communicate effectively, ability to delegate and creative.
